Cards & Invitations

Many different designs done over the past 15 years, these designs are for birthday parties, baby announcements, anniversary parties, wedding invitations, wedding programs, and holiday cards.  All the designs aim to provide a visual hierarchy.  Careful consideration was paid to contrasting typography, spacing, white space and legibility.  Color theory was also closely paid attention to, take the blue “Merry and Bright” Holiday Card, the family in the picture was standing in a wooded background, with red and black buffalo check outfits.  To contrast that a royal blue, silver and glitter background was applied to create contrast and interest.  The 40th anniversary invitation colors were chosen to reflect the traditional gift of Rubies for anniversary gift.  The blues and pinks for the Frozen invitation were the colors from the movie poster. All designs are made using Adobe Illustrator either according to what the client’s preferences are or the theme that is being used.
